When will my order ship?

All items are made-to-order and typically ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During holidays or busy seasons, production may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.

Do colors look exactly like what I see online?

We do our best to show accurate colors, but please note that screen displays and printing variations may cause slight differences.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

My order shows “delivered,” but I haven’t received it—what do I do?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to cancel once production begins.

What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order or digital items. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please email or use our contact form with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with our print partner to send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Can I share or resell your digital designs?

No. All Pawd Haus Co. digital items are for personal use only and are protected under U.S. copyright law. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or modification for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use, copying, or resale of our digital designs will result in immediate legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
